從產(chǎn)業(yè)概念層面看,大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)是指一切與支撐大數(shù)據(jù)組織管理和價值發(fā)現(xiàn)相關的企業(yè)經(jīng)濟活動的集合,符合業(yè)界定義產(chǎn)業(yè)的通用原則,即產(chǎn)業(yè)是具有某種同類屬性的企業(yè)經(jīng)濟活動的集合。
其一,從產(chǎn)業(yè)內涵理解,一個產(chǎn)業(yè)中企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟活動必須具備同類屬性。大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的共同屬性是支撐大數(shù)據(jù)組織管理和價值發(fā)現(xiàn)。
其二,從產(chǎn)業(yè)外延理解,一個產(chǎn)業(yè)中企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟活動必須能夠具體化。大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)相關企業(yè)經(jīng)濟活動包括:用以實現(xiàn)大數(shù)據(jù)存儲、檢索、處理、分析、展示的相關IT硬件與軟件的生產(chǎn)、銷售和租賃活動,以及相關信息服務。可分為三個方面:(1)用以搭建大數(shù)據(jù)平臺、實現(xiàn)大數(shù)據(jù)組織與管理、分析與發(fā)現(xiàn)的相關IT硬件與軟件的生產(chǎn)、銷售和租賃活動;(2)大數(shù)據(jù)平臺的運維與管理服務,系統(tǒng)集成、數(shù)據(jù)安全、云存儲等解決方案與相關咨詢服務;(3)與大數(shù)據(jù)應用相關的數(shù)據(jù)租售業(yè)務、分析預測服務、決策支持服務、數(shù)據(jù)分享平臺、數(shù)據(jù)分析平臺等。
